Gift Tag Service

Should you wish for the Product to be despatched directly to the recipient, please state what you would like added to the Gift Tag, so we can add the message on your behalf before shipping. 

How We Ship

We ship via Courier,  all Products will be shipped in strong cardboard boxes with packing materials for safe transit.  We aim to ship within 48 hours of payment.  We will always email you to let you know your order has been shipped.

How Much Is Shipping

Shipping is £5 per item for the UK, with discounted shipping for further purchases in the same transaction.  The Shippings costs include all carrier charges, packaging and shipping supplies, to ensure safe transit in order for goods to arrive in good condition.

International shipping is charged at £25 per item.

Returns

Our products are hand made to order.  Refunds will only be issued including shipping fees should there be gross inaccuracy with the item ordered.  If you are not happy with the item for any other reason we will accept returns if we are advised in writing and within seven days from order.  The shipping fees will then be at the customers own cost.  Items returned must be in the original packaging and reach us in a resaleable condition before refunds will be made.  They must be returned to us via a trackable Courier company.   Each product specification is in the description page and accompanied by photographs for you to make your selection prior to order. 

Distance Selling Regulations and Your Right to Cancel

Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. Your cancellation rights expire 7 working days from the date you contact us or after 7 working days of receipt of the delivery. The distance selling regulations further specify when your cancellation rights expire. Cancellation is only deemed served if sent using one of the methods listed on our 'Contact Us' page.

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we shall refund you in full as soon as possible, but in any event, no later than 30 days from receipt of your cancellation request.

When returning your item(s), it is important that you contact us beforehand (as stated above) and ensure that any items sent back are sent by a trackable delivery service. The cost of returning items to us is not refundable.
